The battle against her deportation from the United Kingdom by Nigerian Lesb!an, Aderonke Apata, is taking a new twist as the UK Home Office has denied yet another appeal by the woman who turned to Lesb!anism after her marriage which produced a child.
The Home Office is on the final stretch of deporting her back to Nigeria as they have refused to take in her appeal with the following statement:
‘One can’t be a heteroS3xual one day and a H0moS3xual another.’
According to the UK Home Secretary, Theresa May, the British government argued that she is not a Lesb!an because she has a daughter.

During the long battle to get asylum in the country, Ms Apata has had to produce evidence that she has been a Lesb!an in Nigeria before she was forced to escape over threars for her life.

She had allegedly told the Home Office that she was marked for death, tortured and sent to prison because of her same S3x relationship with her partner.
The battle has been long standing with According to the Mr Bird The Nigeria, Aderonke Apata who was ‘reported to police for living with her girlfriend in Nigeria, was imprisoned for being a Lesb!an’. According to the Lesb!an, Gaey, BiS3xual and Transgender (LGBT) petitioners, some of Ms Apata’s family members and her ex-girlfriend were killed by Nigerians who are against her S3xual orientation.

They also claim that the action caused her to flee to the UK, where she has applied more than twice for asylum but has been denied in each instance.

Apata, a strong advocate of the rights of LGBT people, is of the belief that if she is deported back to Nigeria, she would be killed.
